Ballet for Kids





9 week course starting in September, twice a week

Since all dance technique comes from ballet's classical training and exercises, we consider it a fundamental building block of your child's dance education. As it strengthens and tones young bodies, it builds lifetime disciplines, develops greater concentration and challenges creativity while imparting a confidence and poise that will be a part of their personalities as they grow and mature.

About the Course:
In the classroom for a total of ballet training students will receive basic knowledge of ballet art. If you want to learn the art of dance, we must awaken and improve the capabilities of your own body. The task we set ourselves is to develop dance skills and abilities of each student, the expressiveness of his movements and balance. Playing our small students understand how to control the body, become more coordinated, and learn to listen to music, dance grasp posture.

Total ballet training includes the following components:
•  Stretching
•  Elements of rhythmic
•  Classical dance

Classes Offered:
Rhythmic and Choreography (4 to 5 years)
Classic Dance (6 to 8 years)


Rhythm
This is the plastic arts, aimed at raising the perception of music. During the lessons children learn to understand music, its character, tempo, melody and accents to differentiate the sound of instruments.

Choreography

Focus on comprehension of various dance combinations. Includes the formulation of individual and collective numbers, miniatures, variations on the basis of the studied material.

Classical Dance (Ballet Exercise)
This is the most beautiful, graceful, elegant dance. Classical dance brings the body, contributes to the diversification of dancing abilities of pupils. In the classroom children learn the essential components: the barre, exercises in the hall, ballet jump, spin, motion in the fingers.
